Newly constructed to fit into the historic housing fabric of the western edge of Roosevelt Row, these three story units with a front porch and a two car garages sparked a new zoning designation SFA (Single Family Attached) that had been long considered and is now a reality. This revision to the zoning code will allow for higher density development near the Central Business District while maintaining acceptable separation and respect for the ever more rare placemaking historic structures of old Phoenix.
