An infill project on a site of 12 separate parcels near the popular 7th street restaurant corridor, This project was designed to maximize the lot. By choosing a more efficient wrap type design we were able to incorporate 2 different courtyards and a generous clubhouse. Alta North Central being located in a neighborhood with more single-family homes is geared towards an upper-end clientele including urban professionals as well as more mature tenants that want to downsize and don’t want the hassle of taking care of a house with maintenance free easy living. The design harkens back to a simpler understated classic design with front stoops along the street frontage and gas lanterns for a touch of history.
