The Barrister Place proposal is the result of a competitive process to integrate new market rate housing within the downtown core, and to incorporate an existing historic structure. Our development team opted to honor the scale and form of the original historic structure, and to incorporate traditional urban design principles to create the opportunity for mixed uses and a wide shaded pedestrian environment.
